After a 10-day period of collaborative song writing in the heart of “Music City”, Alberta-based musicians James Murdoch and Jay Sparrow return home to debut their brand new songs at the Arden Theatre. Rock'n August is a classic car show and music festival that takes place in the city of St. Albert, Alberta. In the past, close to 50,000 visitors from all over Canada and the US have attended the event. All proceeds are donated to the Alberta Diabetes Foundation.

To commemorate the anniversary of Terry’s Marathon of Hope, every school in Canada is invited to participate in the Terry Fox National School Run Day. This event will be held simultaneously at schools large and small from coast-to-coast. With millions of schools participating, this could one of the largest single-day events in Canadian history and will allow our youth to show all of Canada the power they have to help others.
